When you get to the question regarding alcohol - select NO - of course passengers are welcome to enjoy adult beverages, but the designated driver must refrain until after the boat is safely docked in the marina.

Remember you are only required to purchase the insurance when operating from sunrise to 9AM or from 5PM to sunset.

The medical and injury insurance is sold in hourly blocks. If you only expect to be on the water four hours today, then only get a quote for those four hours.  You don't need to pay for a full day unless you are on the water for a full day. If it is a nice day and you want to extend - no sweat. Click and purchase a couple extra hours.

Physical damage insurance, with a $10,000 deductible is included with the boat between 9AM and 5PM.  The additional insurance is required to be offered to you by law, and reduces your deductible to $5,000

If you decline the coverage, you will need to decribe the amount of the quote on the required FWC decline insurance form

Copies of quotes and signed forms will be sent to your email so you can show FWC officers if requested.
